Combos
Day two of my three days off from work! I ran a lot of errands today. I was going to wear a sweater and jeans, but I decided to style it up a bit. I wore a leopard print button down under my sweater, belted it, and instead of plain black flats wore my blue floral print loafers. Red lips, a long necklace, earrings, a huge owl ring, and an old bag from Forever 21 that totally matched my shoes completed my running about town look. Here it is:
We decided to ignore the posted warning signs and play on the local railroad track crossing for my pics. I had lots of fun, so there are additional photos at the bottom. I consider this old sweater maroon, not oxblood :) I don't think it is dark enough to be called oxblood. I love the little pop of leopard at my collar. With my sweater and jeans breaking up the patterns, I think combining the leopard and floral patterns works just fine :) I will definitely wear this again!

I like this look a lot....I love how you take a chance with your clothes like mixing and matching patterns and what not, Im so plain Jane....you look great!!!
Thanks Jess. I try! i think the sweater looks better styled up a bit,
You didn't mention that a train went by too :) I
Didn't finish lol, I love the outfit but my favorite part about it is the shoes and earrings. ;)
Those shoes are pinching less and less. I wonder if it's cause I'm breaking them in or my feet are becoming numb to the pain?
A TRAIN WENT BY AND TRIED TO MURDER CHRISTIN!!!
I wore my burgundy sweater with similar jeans (it will be posted Wednesday). I love how you added a touch of leopard!
P.S. My necklace is actually a pencil. It was my great great aunts. She was a librarian and wore it around her neck at work.

Thanks Kacie! My friend Christin thought we were going to die because a train was 1/2 a mile away lol. We cut it short and the train ended up going in the opposite direction.
Thanks Angela! My Mom got it at Kmart a million years ago. It usually looks frumpy but I think the leopard and the belt style it up some. It's so snuggly I can't help wearing it when it's freezing.
It was fun. These are working tracks, so I'm pretty sure we committed a crime!
I love your necklace even more now that I know the story behind it! There was a Faberge one at an auction house but it was like $2000. Yours reminded me of that.
Very Darling!!
Thanks! And it was comfortable. My favorite part is that the whole outfit was like, $23.
